The following “Terms and Conditions” govern the delivery of service provided by “Rigel Design Works” (“us”, “we”, “our”) to the “Client” and also govern the use of this website.
Minors are advised to use this website and our services with the help of an adult. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as we so wish without consent from the client. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
All work is carried out by Rigel Design Works on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.
We offer services in:
- Digital Marketing
- Web and App design
- Motion Graphics
- Software Development
We may provide services to the client that are not listed above but are complementary and aid in the success of the client’s project.
2. Contact details
Clients can reach us through phone call, email or via our social media pages as given on the footer sections of this website or through our contact page.
3. Project reception and Acceptance
After establishing contact and initial discussions with a client, we will provide a written estimate or quotation via email or physical copy. The client will be required to return to us a signed copy of the provided estimate to indicate acceptance of the estimate.
4. Mode of delivery
Digital marketing – We will prepare a report on the current situation of the client and a budget proposal to facilitate the delivery of this service. At the completion stage of the project, the client will receive another report on the outcome of the project. The client can, if they so wish, request a report during the continuation of the project.
Website Design – After getting the intended use and details of the website, we will submit a design concept of which the client has the opportunity to point out suggestions and possible additions to the website. The client will be involved every step of the project and will be consulted where crucial changes may need to be made.
5. Project timeline.
The time period required to complete any project will be discussed individually with the client. However, although we try our best to deliver on time, we do not guarantee any time estimates.
The client is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed amount for any service delivery to begin and the remaining balance before hand over of the completed project unless otherwise agreed, in writing, between us and the client.
All paid fees are non-refundable unless in the event that the client has overpaid for a service, of which the cost of refunding the amount is catered for by the client.
Payment methods acceptable are bank transfer/deposit, mobile money payment and cash payments.
Defaulting on payment may lead to us halting in delivery of services.
Charges for any additional services over and above the estimated cost will be made known to the client and will become fully payable at the time of project acceptance.
We may choose to insert a footer credit at the footer section of the client’s website or mobile app with a back link to our website. The client will not remove the footer credit or change the link without written approval from us.
We may choose to showcase the client on our website by their logo with a link to the client’s website. The client may request, through writing, to have their logo and link removed from our website.
